What to write to us about

Most messages fall into a few categories. Sending the right details up front helps us check your point faster.

• Corrections to our write-ups: If you think something we said about a sportsbook is wrong or unfair, send the evidence and we will review it.
• Questions about how we compare offers: We're happy to explain how we read bonus terms, such as the difference between bonus bets, site credit and cashable funds.
• Suggestions: Tell us about a guide, a comparison table or a state-specific topic you'd find useful.

What we can't help with

We can't resolve account problems with any sportsbook. That includes:

• Delayed or missing withdrawals or bonus credits
• Account verification, limits, closures or bans
• Disputes over how a bet was settled
• Recovering funds from an operator

For those issues, contact the operator's own support team first and keep records of your emails, chats and bet slips. For licensed operators, your state gaming regulator may accept complaints. Several sites on our lists are offshore, and US state consumer protections may not apply to them, so there may be little or no recourse if a dispute goes badly. How to send a useful message

2. Name the page and the sportsbook involved.

4. Attach a screenshot or quote the exact wording of the terms.
